I like my clients to have fun when working out, but I want results ultimately for them so aim to get the best out of them each exercise. I am very technical with watching and exercise correction to maximise performance.
I’ve got great results from training with Stephon lost over 25kg body fat (4 stone) and felt fantastic! He is a brilliant pt I felt motivated all the time and couldn’t wait for my sessions which I really enjoyed!
I was training with Stephon twice a week for 3 months. He got me down 10kg and my body was sculpted with his variety of workouts. Kickboxing was high intensity and a full body workout. Diet was extremely strict at that time with minimal carbohydrates. Learnt how to use a variety of equipment in the gym, ones that I wouldn’t have used myself. He was really motivating and fun to train with.
