Personal Trainer Overview

I design my sessions toward my clients goals, by make all sessions challenging but fun. Whether that’s improving balance, weight loss, muscular endurance, increase muscle mass or Strength gain. My style is to gradually develop their fitness from a basic start. inspire, and help them positively transform their life.


I’ve been training with Roops for over a year and I approached him when I was looking for a full body transformation as I was unfit. We initially embarked on a 12 week plan which gave me my ultimate body goals. The transformation results are still one of my highlights and why I continue training with him.
I remained as his client cause it was never about money but about setting goals, pushing boundaries and exceeding set targets. Even during the global pandemic, he sent us videos to train and he constantly checked up on us. I started training with Rupert in a bid to lose some of the stubborn fat around my middle and generally tone up. What I achieved with Rupert assistance was far more than this! Using bands and various bodyweight training, my overall strength and fitness improved so much in a short space of time that I was able to accomplish exercises I would never acquire attempted on my own. I have learnt so much from Rupert; He is willing to share his expert knowledge and answer any questions you come up with. His dedication is clear.
