Personal Trainer Overview

I feel passionate about helping people to live their best, happiest and most confident lives. I am a kind and empathetic person who is happy to demonstrate and explain to ensure you perform exercises with correct and safe technique. I enjoy adapting gym style workouts so that they can be performed in the comfort of your own home. If you require nutritional advice and support this is included in the packages I offer. Yoga postures can also be incorporated if this is something you would like, I find they are a great way to finish a training session on a relaxing note. I believe exercise should be inclusive and accessible for all and I love working with a wide variety of people of different ages from varying backgrounds; I can’t wait to meet you so don’t hesitate to get in touch!

I also really like the Yoga at the end, it leaves me feeling very relaxed and centered. Her teaching is practical and non-dogmatic, with a real emphasis on finding the variations that work best for individual bodies. She is able to effectively break down exercises so that you understand its key components. She will re-position you to help you get that extra boost from a pose and has helpfully re-positioned me when I’ve over-extended. Highly recommended!”
