Personal Trainer Overview
I take a collaborative and holistic approach to training a client, using detailed interviews to find out their goals and requirements, understanding their opportunities and what barriers they are experiencing, and finding ways to overcome them to deliver the desired results. This includes looking at diet and recovery, along with our training sessions.
Paul helped me prepare for my first marathon, taking me from someone who had only ever run 5k to completing the London Marathon inside my target time. He developed a varied programme that kept me interested and engaged, explaining what each session was and how it would benefit me. I even recommended him to my sister who was training to walk the Inca Trail.
I went to Paul to improve my overall fitness to help my archery. His sessions worked on my balance, strength and some of the specific areas of the sport to help me have more control whilst competing and better performances.
