Personal Trainer Overview
I have worked for a number of years in an office environment and as a forty-something personal trainer and understand that challenges of keeping fit and active. I believe that investing in your health is so important, and something that too few of us do. I am supportive but demanding as a coach and hope to build you a happier, healthier future.
