My training style is one that can motivate and encourage my client that they can do it and achieve their goals.
I’ve been training with mike for over a year now he Initially got me over my fear of going into a gym as I have multiple conditions bones back etc he showed me exercises that I didn’t think i could do i have now built strength and improved fitness I have even dropped a dress size as he also gave me nutrition advice as exercise and diet goes hand in hand i am so happy I started training with him.
Been training with Mick now for over 2 years and he has improved my fitness a lot. He is very knowledgeable and experienced trainer.
