Personal Trainer Overview
I try and make my session fun but am most interested in keeping things simple and effective rather than “sexy” so to speak.
Whilst I have trained clients to do handstands, muscle ups, one arm pushups, etc, I like to focus first and foremost on the basics (pushups, squats, etc).
I always try and leave my clients with a little “gas in the tank” by the end of the workout so they’ve the energy and desire to train the rest of the week when I’m not around.
