Personal Trainer Overview
My passion for fitness and exercise first started when I was on my own weight-loss journey, through healthy eating and regular exercise, I managed to loose over 45kgs despite a number of health challenges. In 2017, I decided that I wanted to help others who have been in my shoes so I started my trainer to become a P.T and here I am now. I want to teach and help people to understand their bodies better, remind them that stepping on the scales isn’t the only way to measure progress and help people live a longer, happier and healthier life.
Before training with Hannah I had very little confidence in or out of the gym and my overall strength and fitness was lacking, a far cry from where I am now. From our first session together Hannah showed a genuine interest in me and my goals, and over the past year her knowledge and encouragement have been invaluable in pushing me closer to realising them.
Hannah has helped create a safe space in the gym for me and so many others, breaking down the notion that weight training is only for a certain type of person. It’s clear that Hannah loves what she does and is 100% committed to helping and empowering all her clients to make the changes necessary to become a better version of themselves. I can’t thank Hannah enough for everything she has helped me achieve over the last 12 months!
I have been working with Hannah since February last year. Originally my main goal was to lose weight for my upcoming wedding. However, since working with Hannah my goals are now to get stronger, lift heavier, run further! Whilst I would still like to get the number on the scales down Hannah has shown me that it is not only way to measure progress! I can now happily deadlift the equivalent weight of my future husband and I definitely wouldn’t have been able to do that without Hannah! Thank you so much.
