I can help you towards your goals by taking it back to basics to help you create healthy lifestyle habits, by getting active, staying active and having an uncomplicated approach to your diet. I love to motivate, encourage and educate others to live a healthier lifestyle and to see health as a lifestyle rather than a means to an end.
I also want to help everyone feel comfortable in a gym environment by encouraging you to make the most of the gym through a number of exercises that challenge you yet keep you interested.

I absolutely LOVE my yoga sessions with Emma. She is so professional and extremely knowledgeable not only in yoga but in the human body and understands the importance optimal health and fitness has on your lifestyle. This has been the only thing keeping my fitness amazing during lockdown via zoom and now being able to have sessions in person has been incredible! I love Emma’s yoga sessions! I have had numerous sessions with Emma now and am thrilled with the development and progression I have seen in that time – she adds challenging aspects each week that build upon previous sessions.
Her combination of being a qualified PT, yoga instructor and nutritionist adds an extra unique level of knowledge and ability which is obvious in every aspect of her teaching.
