After enjoying a number of sports over many years, I found myself with an injury which reduced my fitness levels. I then decided to make a change, and by noticing how I was able to motivate myself I decided I could do the same for others. This is what prompted me to qualify as a PT.

I have been training with Dean for almost 3 years now, both PT sessions and 2x weekly Boot Camp. He is a great trainer and has helped me achieve many goals like running my first 5k. In general it has made me feel better about myself and I am definitely more fit that I have ever been. His sessions are fun, but really hard, he really makes you work for it.
Had fitness training with Dean for the past 6 months. He works you hard but achieved great results and lost weight. Would recommend.
