Before joining the fitness industry, I studied history at university and afterwards worked in communications and as a horse riding instructor in London. I therefore know what it means to lead a busy lifestyle and how fitness can help you keep your balance. As your personal trainer, I want to give you the knowledge and tools to make fitness a part of your lifestyle. And hopefully, you’ll come to love fitness along the way!

I asked Clara to design a fitness programme for me. Through her I did not only learn how to do exercises properly, she also always supported and motivated me. She listened to what I was aiming for and made suggestions before designing the programme. I have been doing fitness for quite a while, but I always only saw small results/ didn’t have a feeling of real progress. This all changed when I started Clara’s fitness programme – I could see great results within 4 weeks. Now I am in week 18 and all of my friends are asking me how I changed my routine, as they also see how quickly my body changed.
