Personal Trainer Overview
Combining my knowledge and interest in sports rehabilitation and resistance style training, I chose to use these coaching approaches to help achieve goals. This consists of bodyweight, bands and weighted exercises. These forms of exercise can benefit in increasing strength, maintaining flexibility and weight management, all whilst protecting joints from injury and giving an increased sense of well-being.
Bisi creates programmes genuinely designed for you, whether that’s strength, weight loss, flexibility or injury recovery. Each session is really different and has increased my confidence in using a variety of equipment and techniques I’d never have previously touched. She is always patient and positive and is guaranteed to get the best out of you in every session.
I love training with Bisi – she is so friendly and professional – always prepared and devises programs to help with your goals which are reviewed regularly. She knows just how hard to push you, makes sessions fun and gives great nutrition advice too as well as being available for questions and the like between sessions. I couldn’t recommend Bisi anymore!
