Personal Trainer Overview
Prior to training as a personal trainer, I was a Finance Director for numerous companies where I had to build teams and get them to achieve their potential using SMART goals and mentoring. I always try to get the best out of people by positive encouragement and ensuring that their goals are achievable. Teaching the martial arts, I was able to coach and motivate individuals and adapt techniques to suit their body type and get them to work to the best of their abilities.
